<div>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Management must be notified in advance if a pet will occupy the apartment.</div>
<div>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The maximum number of pets in any apartment is two (2), not to exceed a combined weight of 75 pounds.</div>
<div>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You will be required to sign an animal addendum obligating you to certain rules and restrictions if you have a pet.</div>
<div>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Dogs will be accepted on&nbsp;select floors only.</div>
<div>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Pets will be accepted with: pre-approval, submission of rabies vaccination and photo of pet, execution of pet addendum, and appropriate fees paid.</div>
<div>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $350 for 1 and $500 for 2. A monthly pet rent of $30/month/pet will be assessed.</div>
<div>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Breed restrictions are, but not limited to:&nbsp;<em>Staffordshire Terrier (English/American/Pit-Bull), Dobermans, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow, Great Dane,&nbsp;</em><em>Akita, Alaskan Malamute and Wolf-hybrid.&nbsp;</em>Management May Require &ldquo;Dog Interview&rdquo;</div>
<div>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Service Animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Federal Fair Housing Act, are not considered pets. Residents with service animals will be required to sign the Animal Addendum. Documentation from a medical professional stating the disability and service animal requirement will be requested.</div>
